Lower,Upper and Proper function in excel in hindi

Welcome to my Blog....इस पोस्ट में हम जानेंगे कि एक्सेल में Lower,Upper and Proper functions क्या होते है और इनका प्रयोग कैसे करते है। तो चलिए शुरू करते है -

LOWER Function in excel in hindi

एक्सेल में LOWER Function....text के सभी characters को lower case यानी कि small letter में change कर देता है।   

Syntax-

=LOWER(text)

Argument-

Text- Lower function के इस argument में आपको वह text लिखना होता है जिसे आप lower case में बदलना चाहते है या फिरआप उस सेल का address दे सकते है जिसमे कोई text पहले से लिखा गया है और जिसे आप lower case में बदलना चाहते है। 

Example-

Lower function का प्रयोग करने के लिए हमने सेल A1 में एक text "EXCEL COURSE" पहले से ही Enter किया है। अब हम Lower function के द्वारा इसके सभी character को lower case में बदलेंगे। 

सबसे पहले सेल B1 में फार्मूला "=LOWER(A1)" टाइप करे।

यहाँ फार्मूला =LOWER(A1) में A1 "EXCEL COURSE" का सेल address है। 

अब enter key press करे। 

enter key press करते ही आप देखेंगे कि सेल B1 में मिले output के सभी characters...lower case में बदल चुके है।

UPPER Function in excel in hindi

एक्सेल में UPPER Function किसी text के सभी characters को capital letter में बदल देता है। यह Function....lOWER function के opposite काम करता है।

अगर text में कोई character पहले से ही capital letter में है तो यह उसमे कोई बदलाव नहीं करता है। UPPER Function सिर्फ उन्ही characters पर apply होता है जो पहले से lower case में है। 

Syntax

=UPPER(text)

Argument-

Text- Upper function के इस argument में आपको वह text लिखना होता है जिसे आप Upper case में बदलना चाहते है या फिरआप उस सेल का address दे सकते है जिसमे कोई text पहले से लिखा गया है और जिसे आप Upper case में बदलना चाहते है।

 

Example-

Example  के लिए हमने यहाँ एक text "my name is reena" लिया है.जो कि सेल A1 में है। 

अब हम सेल B1 में फार्मूला "=UPPER(A1)" टाइप करेंगे। 

अब enter करे।

enter करते ही आप देखेंगे कि text "my name is reena" के सभी characters upper case यानि capital letter में बदल जायेंगे। 

अभी तक हमने जाना कि एक्सेल में Lower और Upper function का इस्तेमाल कैसे करते है। अब हम Proper function के बारे में जानेंगे-

PROPER Function in excel in hindi

एक्सेल PROPER Function... किसी text के पहले letter को upper case को capital letter में बदल देता है। 

Syntax

=PROPER(text)

Argument-

Text- Proper function के इस argument में आपको वह text लिखना होता है जिसके पहले letter आप Upper case में बदलना चाहते है या फिरआप उस सेल का address दे सकते है जिसमे पहले से कोई text है। आईये इसे उदाहरण के द्वारा समझते है - 

Example-

Proper function का प्रयोग करने के लिए हमने सेल A1 में एक text लिया है जैसा कि आप निचे इमेज में देख सकते है। 

अब सेल B1 में फार्मूला "=PROPER(text)" टाइप करे।

फार्मूला टाइप करने के बाद enter करे। 

enter करने के बाद आप देख सकते है कि सेल B1 में जो output हमे मिला है उसमें सभी text के पहले letter upper case में बदल गया है। निचे इमेज में देखे -

तो इस तरह आप एक्सेल में lower, Upper और Proper function का प्रयोग कर सकते है। मुझे उम्मीद है कि आपको यह सभी function समझ में आये होंगे।
